    Parting: 1991 318is 2DR Brilliant Rot

Too much rust and I cannot get a title or previous registration for the car so I cannot register it therefore I am parting is. Engine, Transmission and Diff are good. Odometer had 183k and still counting. Car color is Brillant Rot

Absolutely everything is for sale parts wise from this car.

Parts sold already so please don't ask:

    Trunk Lid and Spoiler
    Bumper Trim
    Rear Bumper and support
    Knee Bolster
    Drivers side Rear Window

    Parts Still available and Pricing:

    Engine - $300
    Transmission and Clutch - $150
    Differential - $100
Instrument Cluster (Fully Working lights, Tach, Odometer, fuel and temp gauges) - $60
Front Sport Seats - $100 for the pair or $50 each
Windshields Front and Rear - $50 each
14" Weaves with decent tires (Unfortunately someone painted them black) $150 or I can knock off $50 for a cheap set of bottle caps with shitty tires
Front Bumper - $75 (Needs Repaint)
Pass Side Door with everything - $75
2 Dashboards - The one from this car is almost crackfree but it unfortunately has one tiny crack in the tray area right above the glovebox about 1" long it could be easily filled with some sort of filler - $50
Other dashboard I have sitting in storage is crack free - $100

Everything else is available as well just let me know what you are looking for. I prefer not to ship the larger items

    Thanks Jared

      Motor and Seats

Hi, I'm located down on near New Haven in CT. I might be up for a run to boston depend on the cirq. Im interested in the pair of front seats and since my m42 just hit the wall at 310k the motor too. Was the motor running well recently?

Engine was running strong, however the engine did have a vaccum leak (There are a lot of cracked vaccum hoses including the rubber elbow from the airbox to the throttle body). There was NO slapping or banging noises within the timing chain area.

Other than that it sounded good and strong, I can get compression #'s for you as well. I don't plan on pulling the motor until the day of or day before its to be sold as I have no room to store it. So if you are indeed seriously interested let me know so we can schedule a date and what not. But I will get you those compression #'s

          Thanks Jared

Here are the compression #'s Also before I started parting the car I did drive it around the block a little bit and had the car running for well over an hour. Car didnt overheat at all and the engine overall felt strong despite the vaccumm leak from the crack hoses and rubber intake elbow.

4-5 cranks I did (My fault forget to fully charge the battery prior thats why Cylinder #1 is a little off)

            Cylinder #1

            Cylinder #2

            Cylinder #3

            Cylinder #4

Let me know if you have any other questions

            Thanks Jared

I'm interested in that passenger door if the bottom isn't rusted. It looks clean on the front side but underneath, is it ok?

Sorry about the pictures, they use to auto resize them for me. I guess not anymore.

I will double check the pass side door tomorrow.... Cluster is still available for all those that are interested.
