Power Steering Delete Plugs

I've been selling these to my fellow SpecE30 types for a year now. We did a bunch of research and as hard as it was for us to accept, everything we found seemed to indicate that PS delete was worth ~5hp. That was the last straw for those hesitating to delete it. Can you explain a bot more about how this "system" works? I assume you just use these plugs to block the fluid ports that would normally come from the PS pump?


And how complicated is the job?

looks like they just take place of the banjo bolts that screw into the steering rack.
