      I loved mine until I drove an e30 with a z3 lever.

Anyone know if this will be an upgrade from a stock s50/zf lever? If it is l pick it up.

Does this just mount right in place with the same circlips and whatnot?

And the selector rod needs to be bent, right?

            Very interested.

Selector rod will need to be bent if you have the vibration dampner on the driveshaft. At least with the Z4 3.0 rod...which I love. Haven't tried the Z3 but I'm sure it's nice too.

David, it is probably pretty close to the s50/zf length but it is a shorter throw.

The selector rod shouldn't have to be bend. I think only the z4's and z3m needs to be bent.

On m42 cars, no bending is required.

I'd have to see a picture of it installed to get a better idea of the height

IIRC it is almost identical to an E36 M3 lever.
