Awesome! I just ordered all of the materials.
However... prices on phenolic material has gone up 20% since the last time I made these and so has shipping. I have to raise the price to $150 for the full kit including domestic USPS shipping.
Please confirm that you are 100% in by sending your payment of $150 to my PayPal: j@bigfishmotorsports.com
the full kit which includes:
$128 for the spacer, extended studs, and phenolic washes
$12 for the 2 gaskets
$10 for domestic shipping (international will need to be quoted case by case)
IMPORTANT! - Please chose "send money to friends and family" via PayPal so I don't the fees. I make about $5 each on these kits and that's about what the fees are.
Make sure your shipping address is correct!
Also, Please keep in mind that this is a "minimum 5 unit pre-order" deal. I cannot process these until I have the money in my papal for 5 kits and they take about a week to make depending on the schedule at the water jet shop.
If you are in, please be prompt and get your payment submitted so we don't have people waiting on you.
If you want one of these kits and your name is NOT on this list, let me know ASAP.J. Farina
Yeah, thats me kicking up all that dirt!

Being in aviation we use a lot of phenolic day to day, one of these days I might try to fab some up from scraps...
Edit: here's a recent thread on here about the problem: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=187777

A friend of mine bought one of your spacers a while back and he's going to do a swap. So he gave the spacer. He tried to take out the studs to give them to me, but used vice grips to take them out and really messed up the threads on all of the studs. Tried to save them with a die, but they are not worth saving.
