    Plastic bumper pricing?

Is $300 a fair or inflated price for front and rear plastic bumpers of a 91 vert? And they will work on a 88 sedan correct?

I will also post up contact info for those interested on anything else from this vert

For that price, make sure all the trim pieces are intact & not cracked. Also be sure to grab all the mounting hardware, the side-slider pieces & bumper shocks. See if he will throw in the front valence as well.

On an '88, you may need to modify the rear bumper as the sides may be too long. Do a search for "plastic bumper install or retro-fit" to see what I'm talking about.

You dont have to mod the rear bumper, I did this conversion on a 1988 vert before. You will need the front valance and you will need a rear apron to make the look complete.

                exactly.

And that's a very fair price including the front valence. I'm looking for all those pieces and would happily pay that much for them.

Spyde, if he throws in the bumpers, mounting parts & the valence with the fogs & driving lights, that is a very good price! However, expect him to say "no" and then try to get a package deal. It's best to pick all this stuff up from 1 source, if possible.

As kartoyz mentioned, you will need the rear valence to complete the package from early-to-late model look. Getting the rear valence means cutting sheet metal. Personally, I'd buy an aftermarket rear valence, they hang a little lower & don't involve nearly as much effort to attach.

Kartoyz/rennis, if I read the op's thread properly, he's doing this swap on a '88 sedan, that's why I mentioned he may have to cut his rear bumper...Or does the sedan match a vert???

The rear bumpers don't matter. Direct swap over on an '88.

if the soft top is good I'll take it. I usually sell each piece for 100 and then the fog lights $80 and bumper shocks $35 and they usually sell fast especially when they are in good condition no cracks and trim is intact.
