Hey fellas, I am looking to run more boost than my little holset can pump out. I am looking to run 20-22psi, and this turbo is out of its efficiency range at that point on my m52. This turbo is great for right around 14-16psi on an m52 and possibly 18psi on an m20.
The turbo has roughly 65k miles and all the bearings are tight and within spec. The turbo is currently on my car and doesnt burn oil or anything like that. The turbing housing is internally gated and is tack welded shut.
This turbo made 330whp on 6psi on my m52. It is a very capable turbo for the price. I am looking to upgrade for more power, but it has been a bullet-proof turbo for me.
