The rain created such a current on my street it rip'd the bumper clean off the car..... SOOoo this is what im left with.
200 or best offer. i just dont want to fix it, it broke real clean so im thinking someone could DIY this bumper..

The plastic bumper guy would charge $300 + to fix it right (not shade tree R3V chewing gum method) in primer. Not worth the expense.
