I am still concerned with the fact that the lights were shipped to Costa Rica instead of US... That means that it will take a total of 3 months since the time I pay for them...

I already knew my tracking number. My problem is this. I paid you Dec Tue 14th for the lights. I figure they would ship by friday. You said It would take 10 to 12 days for them to show up. I figure no problem I will have them by the 31st give or take a few days. I sent you a few PMs in between asking for tracking and never got a reply back from you till the 5th saying you just shipped them. Fine no biggie. whats another 10-12 days. Well seeing how 10-12 days already passed a week ago and I have yet to see them kinda has me a little upset. If I dont have them by Thursday I have no choice but to file a claim with paypal so it was done within my 45day time that they give.

I dont want to disappoint you, but if this is shipped the same way my package is shipped, it will take ONE TO ONE MONTH AND A HALF overseas due to "increased security measures in Europe and abroad, and a high volume of parcels, there is currently significant delays.
We apologize for any inconvenience related to this delay." (took this from the email I got from DHL, I also called DHL local helpdesk to get info), Just if this is if this is coming the same way my package is coming...

I am really frustrated with the fact that I will have to wait THREE MONTHS to get a set of smileys... I do undesrtand this is coming from Europe, but why should the shipping times are not as described on the sale?

I still want my smileys, I can wait, but I beleive I am missing to receive something else from the seller as I paid for a set of smileys being shipped in "X" time... Once gain, one month or a bit more I have no problem, 3 months I am not comfortable with...

Who told you that it takes 3 months? Estimetate runtime is 8-12 working days to CR according to the DHL homepage. The increase of security controlls might cause a delay but 3 months?!? I called DHL Germany and they don't know anything about 3 months to CR. I paid even $15 more to get the parcel shipped to the address YOU entered at PayPal. If I would have shipped the parcel to another address and you claimed a file to paypal I would have lost the money and the lights.

That info I got it when I called my local DHL company... I was not able to get exact info about the timing but they did told me it will take from 1 to 1 1/2 month getting here... Plus you shipped to CR when I provided a US address (and also mentioned many times about), once the shipment arrives to CR it will be immediately sent to USA, that will take extra 3 weeks to get to USA, plues one more week to send it back to CR...

I don´t wanna make it harder here, I mean the lights are on it´s way, that´s cool. We all make mistakes but if you would have time to reply to the PM´s that will be greatly appreciated and could have avoided this "SPAM on a sales thread"... I really did not meant to make stuff published as I know you had a hard time and stuff, but well you have many people with the same inquiries!

That info I got it when I called my local DHL company... I was not able to get exact info about the timing but they did told me it will take from 1 to 1 1/2 month getting here... Plus you shipped to CR when I provided a US address (and also mentioned many times about), once the shipment arrives to CR it will be immediately sent to USA, that will take extra 3 weeks to get to USA, plues one more week to send it back to CR...

Ok, Fast325i shipped the lights since Jan 5th, now is February 15th and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING... Take in consideration that I paid and received his confirmation on Dec 18, 2010...

DHL Tracking number is 302277036331 trackable at www.dhl.de if anyone wants to check this is true...

I am simply frustrated now...

I have bought more parts from Fast325 than anyone in this forum, and he is very promt about shipping everything, It may suck that you guy's have been waiting on stuff but have nothing to worry about IMOP.
