I see a 13 Button OBC in two pictures. One is marked at $40 shipped, and the other sold?.Is the $40 one still available or was it just pictured twice? If it's still available, is it fully functioning? (light bar, etc.)

I have two, one is sold and the other is still available. It was working when pulled, guarantee to work or your money back.
