Full M20B25 or part out?

Engine has 132k on it when removed. Waster pump, timing belt, CPS, plgs, wires, cap, rotor was all changed within the last 3-4k

Parts that are left.
60 shipped for the intake manifold.
45 shipped for the valve cover.
50 shipped for the Cap, rotor.
45 shipped for the ALT. was tested befor it was put on last month and passed with flying colors.
150 for the bottom end. 132k on it. NO SHIPPING.
75 shipped for the oil cooler setup..

Think thats all thats left.

Does this one have the teeth for late model crank shaft position sensors.
