what is the difference from this one and the one from any other muffler shop around town?

That is just what I asked my muffler guy before buying it.
He said that it is a brand that he usually installs on BMW's, and there was a local 318ic at the shop having one installed when I went back to get the Magnaflow on.
This thing is still new - I just wanted something that was louder through the torque band.
This one is smooth and quiet, and very reasonable for a daily commuter, or just someone who doesn't want a lot of noise out the rear.
