FS: 4.4 V8 non-vanos 5-speed trans, $1000

Just trying to liquidate some stuff in my garage. I have a 4.4 V8 from a e39 for sale. This is the non-vanos version so should be easier in a swap. I also will include a few factory headers that maybe could be used in a swap. I believe the car had 108K on it but the mileage screen was hard to read, I did drive the car before and it ran ok.

Also I have a 5-speed trans to go along with this.
