The "better one" is in very good condition. There are a few surface imperfections that show up in flash photos but you probably really can't see once the wheel is mounted in the car. There is a slight amount of paint chipping on the MTech colored band but you can get those off eBay for $5.00 if it bothers you.

The mtech band is about 10 bucks, eBay shipped.

These can be redyed easily. As long as stitching is tight, can be easy and cheap to make fresh and clean.
