Be aware...yes, you should be aware....aware that I have a life outside this forum and my interest in e30's. For you to go out of your way to not only call my place of business, then threaten my estimator when I wasn't available, call Maaco Corporate and shoot your mouth off over me not immediately giving you a tracking number on the mirror you bought?

I guess we know who to be aware of...

This would be the guy who says you don't own the business.

Like I told you in message, I've bought parts from those who handled it well & honored their committments, & then there are those who didn't.

If you can't handle it, don't do it.

I'm sorry, since when do you know anything about me or my business? I co-own it...myself and my father. He chose to stay there and run it, I kept my portion as an investment and did other things with my life. The fact that I don't work there has nothing to do with how I handle the transaction of a silly mirror on a forum.

I don't see where I have dishonored a commitment. You paid, I shipped. transaction handled.

... & taking somebody's money, then just going on about your other business without shipping as agreed isn't silly, & it's not nothing ... it's weak. You didn't ship until I tracked you down, & I didn't track you down until you'd clearly failed to do what you agreed to do. Fact is, by your own admission, you shipped today - after I got into it & found out what was & wasn't going on.

My guess, this level of irresponsibility has something to do with your no longer being with the body shop - the body shop that denies your claimed stake in the business. As a man who actually does own a business & who has since before you were ever thought of, I can say that if my son were claiming the business that I fed & clothed him with I'd fire him ... & whoever happened to pick up the phone might have to say something like "well, Chris isn't the owner, he's the owner's kid".

You could just man up, apologise, & learn - you really could.
