FS: Nakamichi CD300 deck

I've had this deck for about 2 years, but it was always in a car I didn't drive very often so it didn't see much use. I was going to put it into my E30 but I have a new DD now, so I'd like to sell this head unit. Comes complete with box, manual, mounting sleeve, harness, and faceplate case. $100 shipped in the lower 48, if you're anywhere else let me know and we can work out this shipping costs.

Nice, what did you get? I just got an E46 for a DD, and I'm trying to decide between an after market HU, or just installing the Dice Mediabridge to get USB capability.

Oh crap. I never came back to this thread. Sorry Shaun. I got a Pioneer DEH-P7200HD. I used to have (and still have!!) the Dice interface which worked great, BUT my reception was very crappy even after cleaning the antenna terminals, etc.

BTW if you want the interface I can give it to you for a good price. No HK sound though.

Hey Shaun K, how well does the cd-500 back lighting match the E30 lights? Any complaints about the head unit? I was thinking of picking up a cd-400 after seeing one in a customers car. They sit very flush in the dash which I love, just hope the lighting matches.

Dave, the CD500 will look much better than the CD300. I had a CD400 for a while but I never installed it in a car, so I couldn't tell you how it would look. Here's some pics of my CD500 with all the different color combos: http://www.diymobileaudio.com/forum/...*12-pics*.html
