lol! It was just an idea for anyone thinking about mounting one of these lips. I'm not offering any for sale, so I'm not trying to steal any business. Unfortunately, 'retarded' is just an opinion, and they still mount flush with the valance if done properly. I wasn't aware how much these things ran where you're from, or that they cost $25 to ship. That's why I had trouble justifying $65. CALM YOUR ASS DOWN.

      edit for pics.

Mine is trimmed on the edges and thats it..
I used ACE hardware and have it bolted through the bottom of the valence twice on the outer edges (end and corner) and 3 times across the front.
Solid as a f*n rock and it doesn't "flare" out or look sh*tty IMO.
My car is a track car so I could care less if it's not bmw. :)

You should see if your pick n pull will match California's pick n pull's :p I just got one from the yard, I can scan the receipt and pm it to you and maybe they'll match it lol.

Here they consider them a spoiler, Chin spoiler to be exact, and spoilers go for $24.95 plus tax, plus a environmental fee. I bout two at the yard yesterday for $57 out the door.

Got mine today, gonna be honest, I'm really disappointed mine is all warped and I don't know how you could say this one is pre bent... I know my valance is a bit bent, but its not that bad. Pictures in a bit. and there is no way it would mount up to the factory clips

All warped? I never said anything about being pre-bent, I don't even know what that means? I actually suggested anyone buying one use zip ties to pull the ends in if thats what you mean by pre-bent. I can post pics of mine attached using factory clips, it snaps right in. In fact, my sig is the lip held on with only factory clips on track at speeds of 80-100mph. If your clips are broken, which they likely are if your valance is bent, then the clips are the problem, not the lip. Please post pics, this is the first negative feedback I've gotten on these so if something is wrong I'll take care of it.

edit: where is WIS are you, if your close to MIL or the WI/IL boarder I can come show you how to mount it, or take it back and refund you the money.

Alright, I apologize, I was in kind of a bad mood when I wrote that, and when i saw it was a bit warped I kind of went off. When I took it out of the packaging and pressed one side down the other rose about 3 inches (warped) but after sitting like that for a couple of hours it settled a bit. Again I apologize for the previous post. Actually a good product if your in a good mood :)

some of them come off the Volvos with a slight twist, certainly not 3" so I'm assuming it got a little tweaked in shipping. One of the best parts about these lips is how flexible they are, which is why you can run them over several times and they don't break or crease. When you get it mounted it should be perfectly straight, if it's not let me know.

Very satisfied with my $65 volvo lip. Installed with stock clips in 5 minutes, maybe less. Thanks again!
