        Damn. It would cost at least 2x the posted price to build this (not to mention the time required to do it). I know because I am doing something very similar and I've spent well over two grand.

                  You want a great m20 in trade? Maybe I'll swap you for the one in my vert. Totally serviced, 179K on it. Has a very slight leak between Cyls 3-4 on top end but it's been like that since I've owned it. No other known issues... I've been thinking about turbo'ing that motor or doing a swap but maybe we can work something out? I'll call you to discuss.
