Unfortunately not, though I never had any of the problems they mentioned the newer chip takes care of.

edit: I did some more reading up on the black ops chip. The only thing that they say it does differently is stop a CEL from turning on, and that the cable fits some of the more difficult ecu's better.

I never had a CEL problem in the months that I had it in the car. And using a dremel to open a small hole in the ECU lid was no problem at all. Nothing dramatic seems to have been changed in reference to this application.

Unfortunately not, though I never had any of the problems they mentioned the newer chip takes care of.

Ive been running the war chip as well for close to a year and have never had the random cel issue that they talk of. Ive also heard you can send it in for free replacement upgrade. Not positive so check for your self

FWIW my opinion is amazed at how simple yet how much it can do for your car. Its really cool to be able to plug your laptop up to your car to do everything as well. I think its worth every penny I paid for mine as well as the maf I got too.

Also no affiliation with the OP at all I just really like to support Miller Performance in anyway as they are the very best company Ive ever dealt with

Miller does have an amazing customer service, They will literally help you with any problem you have from something as simple as getting it plugged in, to getting a base tune set for your specific motor. They can even link up with you to tune the car remotely.

I think the chip was great. For someone who is new to the tuning world it makes things very simple and very easy to understand. Only problem I had ever had with the chip was a faulty USB wire that I replaced and everything worked perfectly. There are plenty of tunes to choose from in millers war room as well!
