Delphin (not sure about the metallic part), it was ressprayed 2011. It's a direct fit for 84/85 cars. Sheet metal/fender screws required to mount (not included). The metal valence that it mounts to on later cars is slightly longer and requires some modification for it to have a perfect fit.
