i have a complete sr20 with no head

all parts brand new in the boxs

block ultrasonic cleaned and machine repainted and all the threads chased
arp main studs
eagle rods
cp pistons
crank machined and polished
all new bearings
all work done by blue ribbon racing in tennessee

wiring harness included
trans,turbo,exhaust manifold ect only thing u will need is a head

it would be complete if it had a head... So wouldn't this be classified as a shortblock?
