I purchased a DTM Pedal Cluster w/ Balance control from Mike B. a while back and I will no longer be needing it as I am going in a different direction. The only thing I did was weld on brackets so the factory sensors could be used (brake lights, etc.). It has been sitting ever since. I paid $600 for it and I do not believe that he makes these anymore so it is somewhat of a rare piece. It mounts the same as the OEM pedal assembly except where it goes through the firewall. This will allow you to run individual master cylinders for the clutch, front, and rear brakes. Here is a picture from Mike's original FS thread (I hope he does not mind me posting it):
