Home Owner Association.. my area have HOA too. i have to pay 500 yearly to those bastard..my fat neighbor lied to HOA and they send me a letter stating that i was operating an auto repair on my property.. it was BS so i called them and cuss the shit out of them..just cause i have 2 e30 i repair weekly. i'm about to move out of this property. i will never want to live in an area with HOA again..
