The damage you can see on the back was from someone prying it off at a yard. I straightened it out and put it on my car and it doesn't affect anything. The wheel's splines are fine and it works just fine.

I'll add also that it really is in great shape. The leather isn't coming undone or have any real wear spots at all. All it needs is the little color piece on the bottom which is like 8 bucks.
