    e28 spoiler mtech1 style spoiler

    For sale is an e28 spoiler that looks like the e30 mtech1 spoiler. Asking price $SOLD.

          Its the closest thing to an mtech1. I know what an mtech 1 looks like actually its sitting here in the room next to me. Thanks for your input

                  Does anybody know if you have to redrill your trunk to install it, or can you use the pre-exsisting IS holes?

                      yes you do; I did the mistake of buying one thinking it was for an e30 but for an e28. so you'll have to plug the old holes and add new ones to make it fit.
                      however, still looks kewl. the price is right for sure - condition seems great!

                          Some people prefer the E28 Mtech on E30 for something different and being wider then E30 Mtech,

                                          Sure it looks about the same overall. But there is a huge difference with the e28 having the ridges on the back.
                                          Also my comment about the fitment was referring to the fact that I've never seen one mounted as cleanly as the e30 piece.
                                          It is what it is.
