Thanks for the huge response so far everyone. I will answer questions and respond to PMs when I get home today. I can't get to r3v from my work computer and the e30sport backdoor that used to work seems to be down.

are the oxygen sensors in 100% guaranteed working condition

My only knowledge of their condition is that I saw the car, or what was left of it after it hit a tree. I never saw the engine run, but its running in my car as OBD1 with out being rebuilt.

Is the buddy tested and working?

I have not tested the radio, it was in a box from the previous owner, and he said it was working.
