I got these originally in the 318is I bought with a cloth interior and have since switched to a cardinal interior so these aren't needed anymore.
I understand that these are rare and look really good when paired with the right black seats. MR325 had a set of these for sale a few months ago and they sold very quickly.
They will need a good steam clean on the inserts which is really no big deal if you really are an enthusiast. You'll do it anyways.

There is one tiny imperfection on the passenger side door card and it's about a 1 inch cut. Not a big deal but I understand if you are picky. Anyways, they are in good condition, I just don't need them anymore.
