Here's the rundown on the engine.
Mileage is unknown, however I was told that one of the PO's drove my e30 with this engine back and forth between Corpus and San Antonio 5 days a week for 5 years. You do the math and that's, a lot. However I doubt this thing went that long without some kind of rebuild or something.

Since I've had the E30, I've done vacuum hoses, valve cover gasket, spark plugs, and a M44 chain tensioner.
I've driven it all around Texas on various trips and daily drove it for 3 months @120 miles, 5 days a week trouble free. Plus no leaks!
There is one problem that needs to be fixed, the timing chain gears. At some point the engine was ran for a good while with a bad tensioner. (When I bought it, the tensioner was a newish M42 unit). So they're worn.

AC was working perfectly till this happened.

So there it is. For $400 you get everything, engine, harness, ECU, coils, radiator, AC compressor, power steering pump, etc.
However if you help me pull it, $350, possibly less depending on how much you help. :o
