I need the MotoMeter version please. Let me know if you have it for the same price as the VDO for $15.00. Thanks.

Stupid question here Garagistic, but I am assuming the little plastic nut looking thing in the kit you sent is the bushing that I need to install. I am not really clear on where to put it. I looked on your site on the install instructions and it looks as though it goes on top of the bottom larger gear???? I want to get this done this weekend but I dont want to flub it up. Thanks for the prompt service by the way! Kuddos to you and your team...

Its a bushing to keep the gears from walking off. It goes on top of both of the middle gear. THere is a picture:

Do not push it down too hard as they will stop the gear movement. There should be a buisness card space between the gear and the bushing.

(this is the moto version but same concept)

            Instructions can be found here:

Hey bro. Got my gears in and I think they may be a little tight. I dont know how " free" they are supposed to be. I took my car out for a drive today after getting them installed and still the odo and trip meter are inop. I checked when I got the gears installed and they felt very choppy so to speak. I figured it was normal and put the cluster in. Did I order the wrong size gears? I know 100% I have a VDO cluster, but maybe I ordered the wrong size gears...the little gear was completely gone, save the bushing and the top big gear was missing the smaller transfer gear under the big gear so I couldn't compare your new gears to my existing gears. Did I still manage to flub something up????

Never mind. The gears are perfect. I think it is in my speedometer. There are so many things wrong with my cluster it is unreal. Currently in search of a new cluster....
