    IE rear bushing set, Brand New!

          They are the rear trailing arm polly bushings(Black ones pictured). I have the same thing in my track build:

          P.S. Trust me on this, you WILL need a puller or a torch to melt the OEM rubber to knock them out. I went the torch route ;)

            Have you experienced binding with these poly bushings? Did you install zerk fittings into the trailing arms to combat this?

            I try to stay away from poly bushings because of this. just curious what your experience is.. Ive never used IE products

              Yep they are the black ones as E30 F34R pointed out, here is the picture from ireland engineering.

                ALL I did was use the lube to get the metal sleeve through the polly. I have the e30tech weld in camber and toe. I have never noticed binding when I am tracking or daily use.

                FYI when installing these do one side all the way and insert the metal sleeve. and make it poke out for a guide. Lube the other polly insert and tap it in. DON'T use a vise, the polly tends to lean when pressing it in. You could damage the sides from the arms metal outer sleeve.
