Need a vaccum line...

I was going to switch my Super Eta throttle body over to the I throttle body the other day - then I realized that I was missing a few crucial vaccum lines.

What I would like is the entire area that is not lightened up.

What I absolutely NEED is the thing circled in red.

I broke mine taking it off my parts car.

Also, real quick - will I need to change my brake booster to be able to use this vaccum line? My vaccum line connection is on the opposite side of my brake booster - mines on the pass side, whereas this one is on the driver's side of the booster.

I need this asap!!
