The offset would correct Toe or Camber?
I am positive that its for the Toe, but please confirm it for me.

It would change the car's caster. Toe is adjusted through the tie-rods.

price is for everything you see in the picture (both left and right hand and a set of clean eye balls with old bushings already pressed out.)
