    FS: E36 325i 3.15 LSD

I've heard rumors that this can be made to fit E30's.

Anyone interested? In EXCELLENT shape - car was owned by a dealer lead tech, impeccably serviced.

how exatcly can this MADE to be fit.

If the back plate and the shafts is all you have to worry about, then I'm interested.

That would be what I meant...I'm pretty sure that works. Let's see what people say.

An E36 coupe/sedan differential will NOT fit an E30. 318ti/Z differentials may due to the rear subframe being almost identicle.

This diff you are selling will only fit E36 coupe/sedans

NO. That guy says a diff from an M Coupe (you know, the Z3 based coupe.....) will fit an E30 with a change of cover + flanges- NOT an E36.........

An E36 325i diff will NOT bolt into an E30.

100% positive that diff will not fit an e30.

PM me - just don't try to put it in your e30 ;)

EDIT: you've got a 318ti - anyone know if it will fit him? :)

Sorry, it won't fit a 318ti either- the 318ti uses the E30 rear subframe (except it's got 5 lug hubs). 318ti owners can use 318ti diffs and E30/E28 diffs- that's about it.

Can transfer the LSD carrier+ring gear and the pinion over to an E30 big case diff housing...
Like what I'm doing now.. taking the carrier+ring gear and the pinion from an E34 and put into an E30 rear diff..
Won't fit the E30 small case rear diff..

have opened up a few diff aledi to play around so I know.. hahaha...
