Received mine, one is CRACKED.
I was under the impression I was getting a set of "minty" tails like I ordered.

I am examining the picture and I can see that the clear coat is flaking up where the crack is. This means the tail lights were cracked after shipping. I shipped the tail lights perfect. They are packaged following a procedure that will protect it from almost any type of damage when sealed in the package. The people who have seen the tail sets at my shop can attest to it. I would never ship a set of lights that are unusable.

It is unfortunate what has happened, but I cannot stress enough that I have done everything in my power to provide for you exactly as you asked. Once the package was in the hands of USPS, it is out of my control. You did not request shipping insurance; Even without insurance there are rules for damaged packages that protect the recipient from receiving damaged goods.

According to the post office If the package was damaged upon receipt you have the ability to refuse the unopened package and it will return to sender. You may drop it off if at a post office, or hand it back to the postman, as long as it stays unopened. But you accepted the package, damaged or not. It was out of the hands of USPS, and into your hands.

At this point, I can only provide you with the following service:

I can give you a discounted rate which is my 1/2 my cost on purchasing a set of tail lights, plus shipping. (price disclosed in an email) I will throw in shipping insurance for free. That is the best I can do.

I am sorry things had to turn out this way, it is unfortunate.
