              Dumb question, but I assume the knob near the top is the mirror stabilizer? It's adjustable? How does it work? Thanks!

                      It screws in and out to brace against the windshiled but its also spring loaded to keep tension and soak up minor vibrations.

                      Now somebody buy it! :p
