SOLD: S52 with ZF Tran out of '97 M3 with 87K Miles! *NYC Area*

Ironically dude8383 is getting this set up after blowing his built M50 stroker at the track. This motor is going to an AWESOME home!

This motor is still in the car. You can come hear it run. Front suspension has already been removed so unfortunately no test drives. Videos of it running below.

    Specs:
    1997 M3 with Manual Transmission
    87,400 original miles
F1 Racing Lightweight Flywheel w/ stage 2 clutch
    New-ish shift bushing kit
    UUC clutch arm bushing

    Replaced at 65K Miles:
Water pump, thermostat, aluminum thermostat housing
    All belts & belt tensioners

I have the entire car so I can provide ALL parts you need for an E30 swap. Can also include the driveshaft and pedal box if you are doing 5 speed swap.

    Location: Wallkill, NY 12589
Delivery: I can deliver within tri-state area for a reasonable price.

Please PM me with any questions.

I could ship, but i will charge you so much for my time and hassles that it will no longer be worth it for you. Sorry, but I am just being realistic.

This motor is VERY strong. You can't see it in the video, but we pushed it hard with no issues at all.

dude, shipping is so f'ing easy.
                      1) go to home depot/lowes and get a free pallet
                      2) take exhaust manifolds off and lay engine/trans on pallet with passenger side down.
                      3) load in back of yours or friend's pickup and drop off at freight depot of your choice.
                      4) ask them to shrink wrap the entire thing for free.
                      5) bam! done!

no offense, but your opinion about shipping is uneducated and stupid. this forum is viewed nationally(actually internationally). if you want a local sale, i might suggest confining your listing to your local craigslist. you just eliminated 95% of your potential market with that attitude. shipping across the country from the ne should cost 350.00 or less. your time to do this should cost less than 50.00 or more likely free. i've shipped about a dozen engines, transmissions, and other heavy parts this way and the cost is usually about 250 bucks or less with terminal drop off on shipper end/terminal pickup on the purchaser's end.

flyboyx, I appreciate your input. However doing what you described is a bit more complicated when living in NYC, having a job and having the motor 100 miles away. In order for me to borrow a van, pick up the motor, drop it off at shippers and return the van, I need to spend pretty much entire working day. Fortunately my day is worth more than $50 and gas and tolls in NYC add up to be a pretty penny.
