We haven't pulled those out yet, still need that car rolling. They look to be cheap welded up ones though, not anything fancy.

We have both decent used and some brand new early fogs, but they get pretty expensive by the time the shipping is added up -
approx $145 shipped for a used pair, or $230 for a new pair.
As to the rear - there's no "fog panel" unless you mean you want a bulb board for a fog light equipped model?
