OK whoever said that the glue holding smiley lenses on would melt needs to come sort these ones out. The plastic housings are starting to melt and the glue has no intentions of softening even at 200 degrees

You're using toooo much heat Sskoda.
I do these for custom black out jobs, and it shouldn't take more than 5 mins to get the glass off.
BTW, the Hellas are a complete bastard to get off, bosch is easier.

actually, started at 75 degrees, kept working my way up in increments and ended up leaving them in there for 10-12 minutes at 200 after half an hour of lower heats, and they wouldn't budge!! Bosch as well.
