Volvo rain gutter mount roof rack. Manufactured in Sweden and sold by Volvo as an accessory for the 240/740/940. This was made for a Volvo so it is a little wide for an e30. However, you can pop the plastic end caps off and cut the cross-bar to fit. Nice shape with a few scratches:
