I will try to describe these as best I can, I don't want any surprises from either end.

~150-155k or so, true mileage unknown. Odometer died at ~143k sometime after I got the car while it was sitting, estimating I put about 10k or so on it before the car sat. Engine ran really well last time the car was on the road, with the exception of a heavy hesitation that randomly occurred, I could never track it down, when pulling the motor I discovered that a couple of the bolts holding the distributor on were (very)loose. The driveshaft came disconnected whilst driving and ripped half of the selector rod off, don't know if the internals were damaged at all(I would guess they are), or if this is even fixable. Transmission shifted beautifully before this. The valves are noisy, and honestly a good bit louder than the few M20's I have heard, even after 3 valve adjustments, not sure if this is me or something that needs attention.
New parts including:
- Timing Belt around 10k miles ago.
- Thermostat/Housing/a couple of the sensors around 10k miles ago.'
- Water Pump around 10k miles ago.
- Cam seal around 10k miles ago.
- CPS around 10k miles ago.
- Clutch, slave cylinder around 15k ago. Wasn't done by me, so not sure what else was replaced. Never had a problem with slipping or weird noises.
- Guibo around 1k ago, not sure if it was damaged, visually looks OK.
- Spark plugs around 5k miles ago.
- Valve cover gasket around 5k miles ago.
- About 3/4 of coolant hoses are new(ranging in mileage from 2k-10k), and included.
- Mann Oil filter + M1 15w50 around 3k miles ago.
- Likely something that I'm forgetting.
Things that need replacing:
- Motor mounts are original and need to be replaced.
- The couple hoses I never did replace should be replaced.
- Tranny mounts were new but got hit when the DS came off, wouldn't use them myself.
- Possibly more that I'm forgetting.
Was running Mobil 1 15w50 almost exclusively except for the first oil change. Drips oil from the drain plug, likely needs a new bolt+washer. Don't think it leaks oil from anywhere else, but I could be wrong, maybe a little from the front of the valve cover, but I think that was fixed when I installed the new gasket.
