I have for sale a good condition rear euro bumper. Straight bolt-on to all e30s with small tail lights, including convertibles (though verts require a different end cap)
Bumper is straight and has good chrome. Overall in very nice condition.
The bumper has a steel rebar/reinforcement due to when the car was federalized. The rebar adds around 10lbs to the weight of the bumper, but on the positive it actually makes it a more functional bumper. The rebar is easily removed if desired.
The bumper also has side markers that can be swapped out with the 87+ long-skinny side markers. Or you could remove the sidemarkers entirely and patch/fill the holes and repaint the trim. The two holes cut out for the existing sidemarkers are about the size of a quarter so it wouldn't be hard to patch.
