That door card is for a cab. It will fit a coupe but its for a cab.

Pm Robertk and see if he can use those door handles. All of them.

Check your switch first. It is easier, cheaper, and more likely the problem. If the switch isnt your problem let me know. It is also important to know wether your car is <87 or >87
