    FS: Professionally Built M20 Stroker Street/Race






    FS High perfromance M20 stroker motor:

    The absolute best parts avaliable were used including:
    - Professionally built by Apex Engineering
    - Fresh with zero run time
    - Forged BMW diesel 2.8 litre crank lightened and knife-edged and micro polished
    - Forged JE 10.5:1 compression pistons with total seal gapless rings
    - Forged chromoly Pauter rods, longer custom length, ultra light and strong
    - Block was polished and de-burred
    - Cylinder head has new valves, valve guides, performance valve springs, titanium retainers, chromoly keepers, new rocker shafts and rocker arms.
    - High performance valve job including CNC de-shrouding of valve pockets and port work that was then hand finished and blended
    - Schrick 288 camshaft
    - Intake manifold match ported to head
    - Engine was comlpletely dynamically balanced inlcluding new aluminum flywheel and sport clutch assembly, new harmonic balancer and pulley
    - Other new parts include timing belt, tensioner, water pump, Race Wear head stud kit, hardware and gaskets
    - Motor also includes custom fabricated race oil pan complete with extended sump for additional oil capacity, hand crafted windage tray and oil control panels
    - Oil filter housing tapped for AN fittings
    - Also includes intake manifold port matched to cylinder head
    - Engine power output estimated at 280bhp @ 7200rpm with correct engine management and exhaust
    - Engine is completely assembled and ready for install
    - Offered at $7,500.00 OBO

                It is for a non-forum using good friend. He picked up a Henna M3 for cheap therefore other projects are getting moved to build the henna!

                    Jesus mary and joesph that motor is beautiful. That right there would keep me from swapping to an M50. Absolutely flawless.

                    Whoever buys this motor had better have a nice body to put it in.
