I have a pair of Hella european ellipsoid headlights. These are known as "smileys", and use H1 bulbs high and low. These have city lights.
The adjusters are frozen, and I haven't tried to unstick them as I never really got around to installing them. One of the low beam plastic grommets needs to be replaced. It's an inexpensive part that I believe is around $3. Some of the adjusters don't have handles.
The glass is in good shape, with minimal pitting. The plastic frames are in great shape with no breakages. Bulbs of unknown age are included, but no guarantees to functionality.
