    Random race parts

Finally made the decision to give up on my E36. I was on schedule to have it finished by mid-late summer but had to get on track before that, so I bought a cheap track-prepped miata off nasaforums. I've barely been able to concentrate on the E36 since. Blasphemy, I know, but I think it's time to throw in the towel, move on, and recoup what money I can. Here goes...

More E36 parts on bimmerforums... this is just the stuff that can be used on an E30.

Full E36 ABS system. Pump, computer, sensors, reservoir, etc. Factory connectors are included with the wires cut. I pulled all of this from a roughly 100k mile parts car and planned to relocate the pump to the passenger seat area, so the wires were just cut. $200 shipped.

OMP Pista seat, brand new. Has a couple small scratches around the bolt holes and a small tear in the fabric on the outside bottom of the right side leg bolster from being mocked up in the car. If installed as a drivers seat, none of this will be visible. $775 shipped. Can also possibly work out delivery to Putnam, Mid-O, maybe autobahn, or any other tracks within a few hours of Lexington, KY.

E30 M3 fitment Kosei K1s. 15x8 +22 5x120. They've obviously been used as track wheels. A little scratched up, but overall in good condition with no bends. The picture is of the roughest one... the rest are in pretty good shape. $375 shipped.

AKG M50 heater block-off kit- new. SOLD

Unused factory E30 325i Sachs pressure plate with straps added by Fort Wayne Clutch. Jack Money of Elephant said he's done this before and it makes for a great budget pressure plate option that won't 'splode under race use. $90 shipped.

Sachs throwout bearing that's used for the common E30 M20 flywheel into E30 318is. I think it's a euro 323i throwout bearing, but don't quote me on that. Check the part number to be sure it's what you want. SOLD

Used 6-puck E30 325i race clutch. I'll try and go back through my records and find details on it, but it's still in great shape. Bought used from Elephant Motorsports and never got a chance to use it. $50 shipped.

JB Racing E30 325i flywheel. Used, but had been sent back to JB racing and rebuilt right before I bought it, so it's basically a new flywheel. $375 shipped.

If anyone is close to Lexington, KY, and interested in a heavily cut up E36 318is coupe chassis with a partially finished cage, let me know. The main hoop and A-pillar bars are bent and partially fitted, the frame rails and a few other areas are stitch welded, main hoop mounting points are fabricated, roof has been cut out (to ease cage fab- was going to replace with composite or an aluminum skin), spare tire and battery well cut out to be replaced with aluminum skin, driver's seat mounts have been removed and trans tunnel partially notched to move seat over, all glass removed except windshield, etc.. I can send pics to anyone seriously interested. There's still a lot left to go to make it a racecar, but it's got a shit-ton of time into it and I hate to see it go to waste. I'll let it go for cheap to keep from having to cut it up and send it to the scrap yard.

          Heater block off sold.

Lots of interest on the clutch/flywheel/etc. combo. Might be sold already, still waiting to hear back.
