Actually, the pics WERE added in 5 min... it took me another 1 min to post that I had added pics :D :D :D

How are the odo gears?

Can't say for sure, it's obviously not installed in a car so I can't test it. Odo gears are often toast on E30's by now, so expect to have to put new ones in, but you may not have to.
