Has the larger output flanges, so you must swap them with the ones off your e30...takes 30 seconds.
Diff is good, came in my e30, took it out and put in 3.73s.
Only thing I would recommend is changing out the fluid.

4.10 has the bigger output flanges, so you'll have to swap them out with the smaller flanges. Takes about 30 seconds.
