i have some smoked tails i got as spares...and decided to smoke them mhw style....
they are lightly smoked, since i was going to use them on my daily, and i didnt want to risk getting stopped with black tails...
they came out really nice actually, its my second set ive done...i did a set a while back for a friend..
smoked with vht (2 light coats) but masked every section separately which was a 5 way process ,after that 1 clear coat after 1 hour a wet coat, and finally a light coat to finish it off...i let it sit for about 2 days and then wet sanded and polished by hand....
the tails had a small crack forming on the inside of the lens, which its not noticeable since its smoked and cleared coated....
would prefer someone local so you can check them out and stuff...
i can trade for either, some rotors, 205-50-15 tires, or offer something that i can use...
or 70 bucks ( i think its a reasonable price) picked up
ps. i need to finish polishing them so theyll look better
