How many miles on it, are you the original owner, does it need a mounting grommet?
                      Thanks

Unfortunately i do not know the mileage on it as i do not know if the previous owner had ever swapped it out. It spins very smoothly, and when it was drained during the removal, the oil in it was very clean.

Ok, what if it whines after i install it? Since the mileage is unknown, the wear is also practically unknown.

I'm not 100% certain on the mileage which is why i dont want to make guesses on a mileage, only to find out at a later date that it was incorrect, but i have all the maintenance records for the car, and the car was meticulously maintained. All scheduled maintenance was performed, so i can say with confidence that the differential had fluid changes regularly. It never made any noise in the 6 months i've owned the car, and spins freely sitting out of the car. The fluid that was drained from it looked brand new and was translucent. Even the exterior isn't filthy, and has dirt on it but not caked on grime and filth.
