They all have that problem.

You are supposed to set it in there with adhesive which holds it in and keeps it water tight.

Got mine, put it in. used some Gorilla Glue, Works good

Got mine, installed using black silicone from discount auto. Hell of a mess, but used painters tape to seal and keep toght while drying. Worked great and turned out perfect.
