Please list for me what you'd need for the conversion.[/quote]
I'll have to pass on that. I did some research and realized that the 87 will not fit in my 91. According to a thread here " But I doubt 87 to 91 will work, I'm pretty sure the changeover was in late 88"....please let me know if otherwise.Danny

I thought it said 87. Anyways, I would need the following with the tranny.Originally posted by Ben CarufelThe car is an '88.
Pedals w/clutch master cylinder
The additional stuff would be the flywheel, and the driveshaft...if you can get all of that, that would be great...how about $500 for everything??Danny

The flywheel is original. 128k miles.Originally posted by Schneller 3erChicago...I know shipping will kill me. BTW, how old is the flywheel and how does the tranny shift.
It shifts gorgeously. If that's an accurate description :P.
You might want to replace the stock shifter with a Z3 kit or a UUC/Rogue SSK. It's a worthwhile upgrade to do. Do you want me to include the stock shift mechanism?

Sounds like a good idea. If no one is interested in the stock shift, and you don't need it, I'll take it. The sale on my current car is pending, someone is coming to pay the rest for it on Tue. Once that's out of the way I can start on my project. I'm also going to look for some shipping quotes. Yeah, but the only problem is that I don't have any money right now. :( I should be getting a call from a guy today about some 15" basketweaves that he'll hopefully let me make payments on. We'll see. That's gonna have to be the only way I can do it. Sucks not having much of an income. :?Originally posted by Ben CarufelThat's how I bought her...Originally posted by 94isBummer on the accident. I don't think I need anything.
